<div>Deze inzamelingsactie is voor iedereen die gelooft in plekken die verbinden: rustzoekers, cultuurliefhebbers, natuurliefhebbers, mensen die houden van Noorwegen of verlangen naar vertraging. Voor vrienden, familie en een brede achterban die ons al jaren volgen en het idee van een open huis, gemeenschap en gastvrijheid een warm hart toedragen.

<div><strong>Waarom is deze inzamelingsactie belangrijk ?</strong>

<div>Wij wonen en werken in Noorwegen en zijn al drie jaar bezig om het historische Zusterhuis van Landeskogen te mogen kopen. Dit pand staat op bijzondere historische grond naast het voormalige tbc-sanatorium uit 1916 — een plek die bekendstaat om haar schone lucht en ongerepte natuur. Jarenlang stond het leeg; niemand zag er toekomst in.

<div>Na een intensief traject van onderhandelingen, gesprekken en zelfs een wijziging van het bestemmingsplan is het eindelijk zover: we mogen het pand kopen. Maar om de bank mee te krijgen voor de totale financiering van €125.000 (± NOK 1.437.500) — aankoop en renovatie — is eigen inbreng nodig. Die eerste stap kunnen wij niet alleen zetten.

<div>Deze crowdfunding is geen vraag om liefdadigheid, maar een uitnodiging om samen een plek mogelijk te maken die méér is dan een B&amp;B. Het Zusterhuis wordt een huis om te delen: met gasten, met de lokale gemeenschap en met mensen die even op adem willen komen.

<div>– huiskamerconcerten en lezingen

<div>– zang- en muziekworkshops met slotconcert in het kerkje beneden aan de weg

<div>– elke maand een gezin laten verblijven dat anders geen vakantie kan betalen

<div><strong>Save The Historic Sister House of Landeskogen-A place to make new memories </strong>

<div>This fundraiser is for everyone who believes in places that bring people together — lovers of nature, music, stillness, and those who long for space to breathe. Friends, family, and supporters who have followed our journey for years and believe, just like we do, that some places are meant to be shared.

<div>For three years we have been working toward one dream: to give new life to the historic Nurses’ Residence of Landeskogen in Norway. The house stands on remarkable historical ground beside a former tuberculosis sanatorium from 1916, in an area known for its pure air and untouched nature. It has stood empty for years, overlooked by many — but not by us.

<div>After a long process of negotiations, meetings and even a zoning change, we are finally allowed to purchase it. To secure bank financing for the total project of €125,000 (approx. NOK 1,437,500) — purchase and renovation — we must first provide our own starting capital. That first step is the only piece we cannot do alone.

<div>This fundraiser is not about charity. It is about inviting people to help create something meaningful: a living house of welcome. The Historic Nurses’ Residence of Landeskogen will become a place where guests, locals and travellers can experience rest, music, conversation and connection.
