RECOVERY OF SURGERY AND MEDICATION

I had heart surgery very recently and I'm out of work and money for medication because I'm out of work because I have to be in bed, and I live alone in Portugal with my boyfriend, we have to pay the rent from home and it is very difficult to bear the expenses and we no longer have any money left and we have no family or friends who can help us so we come here to ask for your help because we are in an emergency situation and we can not afford my medication, food, electricity bills and water and income from the house , and I will only be able to work again in February, thank you all for your help.
