Recovering from spinal injuries

Hey friends and family. I am recovering from four herniated discs and a fractured spine. The insurance companies are fighting paying for everything and I am unable to work. With costs for recovery, getting to and from the doctors and therapy treatments, and being unable to produce the income I need to get by; I could use your help.
