<div><strong>Help Us Stop This Dodgy Builder and Fight for Justice for All Victims</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Update – November 2024: The Fight Continues</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This heartbreaking situation has taken an even more devastating turn. We’ve uncovered more victims of the same builder who has already left one family in financial and emotional ruin. In a shocking twist, another homeowner has come forward, sharing her five-year nightmare of incomplete, non-compliant work and emotional exhaustion.
</div>
<div>This builder has not only abandoned projects after taking payments but has also left properties in dangerous, uninhabitable conditions. In one case, the homeowner had to live with duct-taped leaks, exposed frames, mould, failing structures, and even animals invading her home. This is not just one family’s fight anymore—it’s a systemic problem that needs to be addressed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why We Need Legal Funds Now</strong>
</div>
<div>The builder continues to deflect responsibility, using legal threats to silence victims and those trying to help them. Despite clear breaches of contracts, building permits, and Australian Standards, pursuing justice has become financially overwhelming for the victims.
</div>
<div>For one family, taking this builder to court would cost over $200,000—an amount they simply cannot afford. Meanwhile, the builder continues to operate, leaving a trail of broken dreams and financial devastation.
</div>
<div>We’re now raising funds to take this builder to court, not just for one family but for every victim he’s harmed. Your support will allow us to:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>•	Fund Legal Action: Help cover the costs of filing lawsuits to hold this builder accountable and set a precedent for other victims.
</div>
<div>•	Advocate for Change: Support efforts to pressure the VBA and authorities to take swift, strong action against dodgy builders who exploit families.
</div>
<div>•	Protect Future Homeowners: Shine a light on these practices so no other family suffers in the same way.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What’s Happened So Far</strong>
</div>
<div>Thanks to your help, we’ve been able to expose this builder’s dangerous practices, with mainstream media and regulatory bodies now involved. The building surveyors have issued directions to fix for some of the affected homes, but this builder is resisting accountability at every turn. With your support, we can ensure he faces justice.

</div>
