Christian Illusionist Scott Wolf's Heart Attack

An update on Scott's condition:
On Saturday, October 28 Scott Wolf was in the midst of three shows at a church in Oregon when he suffered a heart attack. At the time, he just knew he was very weak and winded, but he struggled on and completed his final show. After a battery of tests at the ER that evening, it was initially determined that heart bypass surgery would be necessary. Upon further examination, they found that his left ventricle is only functioning at 20% and open heart surgery would be too risky. So, the doctors are going to try a few alternatives, including possibly a pacemaker, in hopes that his heart function can improve. But, as his cardiologist told us, there are no easy solutions.
Scott's next appointment isn't until early December. In the meantime, Scott's breathing has been difficult because of fluid buildup in his lungs.
His doctor is strongly recommending that for the foreseeable future Scott should not return to his part-time security job which is his main source of income. All of his upcoming evangelistic shows - his other (meager) source of income - had to be cancelled. Scott performs his evangelistic shows at youth camps, churches, vacation Bible schools, high schools and middle schools, and homeless missions. And he does so whether or not any of those venues can pay him, just to have the opportunity to share his faith.
If you know Scott, you know this:
1. This year has been very, very difficult for him. This heart attack is only the latest in a series of hardships. This was Scott's fifth heart attack. His second one this year alone.
2. He's a very talented illusionist, passionate about sharing Jesus with as many people as possible through his talents.
As his friends, we're asking you to help Scott. His estimated living expense bills during his several weeks of recovery with no job will be $5500. We hope you'll join us today by giving what you can. Thanks!
