Recovery after kidney transplant

Hello everyone. I am trying to help my sister raise some momey for expenses. Her 3 year old son has had multicystic kidney failure all his life with 1 20% working kidney. He has been on dialysis his whole life. Has overcame so many surgeries and complications. My sister is a mother of 5 children. 
3 years ago on November 27th 2017 his father passed away in a car accident. 3 years .. November 27th 2020 we received news that he had a possible donor!
IT WAS A MATCH! He just had surgery November 28th 2020 and is fully recovering. Due to him being in the hospital for 7-14 days my sister will not be able to work, she also needs to take a month off due to recovery. 
If anyone would be able to donate. No amount is too small we appreciate any help. If you cannot donate please please share his story!.
