Recovering loss from a car scam

Hello, my name is Erik Salgado. I am 20 years old. Recently had an car accident last week which ending up junking my car. I went searching through online to look for another car as I need transportation to work. I found this seller selling this nice car, and it seemed legit. Turns out it wasn’t and lost $1,400. I was working two jobs before my accident. Trying to help my family and myself get through this pandemic. I would greatly appreciate it if you can help in anyway, especially since I’m the only one in my family’s home who can provide income during the pandemic. (Above is the picture of the scammer who was selling the car)
