Recover frm Hurr Harvey TracyBozner

My sister Tracy Bozner lives in Cleveland Texas and
was hit by Hurricane Harvey.   Her home lost major parts of it's roof resulting in whole house water damage due to flooding rains.  They were without running water, and electricity for 1 week.  They tore out most of the drywall and flooring only to expose the severity of the damage.  The temps are in the 90s there and mold is everywhere.  Having no where else to go, they are still living in the home. They bought their home 19 years ago direct from the seller who carried the loan and insurance payments.  When they took a direct hit from Hurricane Rita and Ike (a few years ago), they tried to file a claim, only to find out that the man taking their loan and insurance payments didn't maintain their insurance or put the home in their name.  They couldn't file a claim with the insurance and tried FEMA. Because the home was still in the seller's name, FEMA denied them.  Since, through legal help, their names have been rightfully put onto the deed.  Unfortunately, because of the damage from Rita and Ike, no insurance company will insure them.  They made repairs through the years, but Hurricane Harvey had the final say and now their home may be beyond repair and deemed condemned. 

I am Tracy's sister and live in California (where I wish she lived).  I am trying to raise this money to help her rebuild her life.

I pray that all people effected by Harvey will get help and be able to rebuild their lives.
