Reconstructive surgery for Farrah

The night of Oct 10th my husband was arrested for domestic violence on myself , Farrah Results of this I now need facial reconstruction surgery on Oct 29th. My insurance will not cover this surgery and I have to pay out of pocket. There are state assisted services for this but it takes months to process when my Dr at Charlotte EENT says I only have a 2 week window to have a successful surgery. If you find it in your heart to help out it is more than gratefully appreciated even a simple share would mean the world.
