<div>seit Ende 2022 betreibe ich den Blog IGG-Quedlinburg. Anfangs gegründet um die Zusammenhänge des Quedlinburger Kleingartenwesens zu beschreiben und Missstände aufzuzeigen. Konkret geht es dabei um die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regionalverband der Gartenfreunde Quedlinburg e.V. Als Vorstandsvorsitzender eines betroffenen Kleingartenvereines sind gerade die Vertragsverhältnisse mehr als fragwürdig (Verwaltungsvollmacht).

<div>Dazu kommen dann immer mehr Vorfälle wie Pächtern Hausverbote erteilen, damit diese nicht mehr zu ihren Parzellen gelangen oder fristlose Künidungen aussprechen fernab den Möglichkeiten des Bundeskleingartengesetzes.

<div>Nachdem der Regionalverband Ende 2023 den Austritt aus dem Landesverband und somit auch dem Bundesverband beschlossen hat, fehlt jegliche halbwegs fachliche Expertise und Unterstützung.

<div>Ich möchte gerne für Rechtssicherheit sorgen, das bedeutet entsprechende Fachanwälte konsultitieren, aber auch die ein oder andere konkrete Angelegenheit notfalls gerichtlich überprüfen zu lassen. Diese Hilfe soll auch direkt betroffene Kleingärtner erreichen. Oftmals sind diese finanziell nicht in der Lage sich gegen klare Rechtsbeugung zur Wehr zu setzen.

<li>Nachgehen der Vorwürfe des Landesverbandes nach Betrug und Urkundenfälschung bei Wertermittlungen
</li>
<li>Gegen ungerechtfertigte Vereinsausschlüsse vorgehen
</li>
