<div>Sachliche Kritik und Aufklärung über Islamismus und islamistische Funktionäre ist notwendig, erfordert aber Informationen. Gegner solcher Aufklärung reagieren mit Kampagnen und Desinformation. So werden in einem Bericht des „Unabhängigen Expertenkreises Muslimfeindlichkeit", der für das Bundesinnenministerium erstellt und Ende Juni von Nancy Faeser veröffentlicht wurde, falsche und ehrenrührige Aussagen über mich gemacht. Ich habe mich entschlossen, mit Hilfe einer Medienkanzlei anwaltlich dagegen vorzugehen.

<div>Seit Jahren arbeite ich freiberuflich in der Aufklärung islamistischer Strukturen. Auf meiner Internet-Seite „Islamismus und Gesellschaft" veröffentliche ich - für die Allgemeinheit kostenlos - einen Teil meiner Recherchen und benenne dabei klar die Probleme und die Handelnden. So sind über die Jahre mehr als 1.000 Artikel entstanden.

<div>Über meine Arbeit und mich haben etwa die Stuttgarter Nachrichten, die Frankfurter Rundschau oder die Frankfurter Neue Presse berichtet. Die Ergebnisse meiner Recherchen wurden schon von der Tagesschau, dem SWR oder der britischen „Times" aufgegriffen. Ich halte bundesweit Vorträge und mache Schulungen, werde als Sachverständige benannt und stehe mit einer Vielzahl von Journalisten im Austausch. Abseits meiner eigenen Internet-Seite habe ich unter anderem bei der Evangelischen Zentralstelle für Weltanschauungsfragen veröffentlicht. Im englischsprachigen Raum habe in den letzten Jahren bei „European Eye on Radicalization" veröffentlicht. Die Texte werden auch ins Arabische übersetzt, weswegen ich auch von arabischsprachigen Medien zu islamistischen Organisationen in Deutschland und Europa interviewt werde. Hier ein Beispiel:

<div>In dem Buch „Digitale Polizeiarbeit: Herausforderungen und Chancen" habe ich die Vorgehensweise und den Nutzen meiner Arbeit vorgestellt. Aufgrund meiner Recherchen wurden bereits Islamisten öffentliche Mittel entzogen oder Preise aberkannt. Mit meiner Arbeit habe ich immer wieder Antisemitismus, Menschenfeindlichkeit und islamistische Verstrickungen aufgedeckt und öffentlich gemacht.

<div>Das hat nicht selten Folgen und das ist auch gut so. Nur ein Beispiel: So trat 2020 der Vorstand von „Islamic Relief Worldwide" zurück, einer umstrittenen britischen Hilfsorganisation mit deutscher Filiale. Anlass waren antisemitische Internet-Postings eines Vorstandsmitglieds, die auch noch von Parteinahmen für eine Unterorganisation der Terror-Organisation Hamas begleitet waren. Die wohl unbemerkt geblieben wären, wenn sie nicht von mir öffentlich gemacht und dann von der „Times" aufgegriffen wurden.

<div>Der Vorwurf der „Muslimfeindlichkeit" ist schon deshalb absurd, weil ich seit Beginn meiner Arbeit immer zwischen extremistischen Bezügen und harmloser Religionsausübung klar getrennt habe. So habe ich etwa von 2012 bis 2016 mit einer Straßenaktion in Frankfurt am Main auf die Gefährlichkeit der Koran-Verteilungskampagne „LIES!" für die Jugend aufmerksam gemacht. Bei dieser nicht ungefährlichen Aktion in der Öffentlichkeit stand ich unter Polizeischutz. All jene islamistischen Funktionäre, die sich gerne lautstark als Vertreter aller Muslime ausgeben, habe ich in diesen Jahren nicht als Personen wahrgenommen, die für den Schutz vor allem muslimischer Jugendlicher etwas riskiert hätten. „LIES!" wurde Ende 2016 verboten. Es kam heraus, dass junge Menschen, die nach Syrien zur Terror-Miliz des „Islamischen Staates" gegangen waren, häufig Kontakt zu dieser Koran-Verteilung hatten. Einen Eindruck vermittelt dieses Video von stern TV, die mich 2015 und 2016 besuchten und anlässlich des Verbots im November 2016 nach Köln einluden:

<div>Es liegt in der Natur der Sache, dass diese Arbeit Islamisten, ihren Organisationen und deren Sympathisanten oder Profiteuren, nicht gefällt. Manchmal werden gegen mich Klagen angestrengt, die wenig aussichtsreich sind, aber trotzdem hohe Kosten verursachen. Sogar, wenn ich am Ende gewinne wie gegen Islamic Relief Deutschland. Manchmal werden auch Kampagnen gegen mich initiiert, die den Zweck haben, mir die Ehre abzuschneiden oder mich zu ruinieren. Nicht etwa, um mir als Person zu schaden. Sondern um die Fortsetzung meiner Arbeit unmöglich zu machen.

<div>So sehe ich auch die falschen, ehrenrührigen und interessengeleiteten Aussagen, die in dem Bericht gemacht wurden: Meine gesamte Arbeit wird pauschal diskreditiert, einzelne Kritik an mir zu einer Generalabrechnung gemacht. Auffälliger Weise mit denselben „Argumenten", teilweise mit gleichen oder ganz ähnlichen Worten, mit denen ertappte Islamisten mich seit Jahren zu diskreditieren versuchen. Womit es nicht weiter verwundert, dass Salafisten, Muslimbrüder und türkische Nationalisten jetzt Beifall klatschen. Und dabei ist es auch völlig egal, wer genau hier bei welchen Islamisten abgeschrieben hat, denn der Bericht wurde vom Ministerium in Auftrag gegeben. Die angeblich unabhängigen „Experten" wurden vom Ministerium ausgewählt. Und jetzt wird der Bericht vom Ministerium als verantwortlicher Herausgeber vertrieben. Damit ist es das Bundesinnenministerium, dass in diesem Bericht aufgestellte Behauptungen verantwortet.

<div>Für diese Inhalte zu meiner Person in dem Bericht will jedoch keiner die Verantwortung tragen, die Handelnden schieben sich gegenseitig die Verantwortung zu. Faktisch erhalte ich kein Gehör. Ich brauche also eine anwaltliche Vertretung, die mir hilft, mein Recht zu bekommen.

<div>Recht zu haben, ist das eine. Sein Recht zu bekommen, ist jedoch teuer. Ich bitte deshalb um Spenden, um meine Arbeit weiterhin ausüben zu können und mich beim Kampf gegen Islamismus zu unterstützen. <div>Factual criticism and education about Islamism and Islamist functionaries is necessary, but requires information. Opponents of such critic react with campaigns and disinformation. In a report by the "Independent Group of Experts on Muslim Hostility" (Unabhängiger Expertenkreises Muslimfeindlichkeit), which was prepared for the Federal Ministry of the Interior (Bundesinnenministerium) and published by german interior minister Nancy Faeser at the end of June, false and defamatory statements were made about me. On my Internet site "Islamism and Society" I publish part of my research - free of charge for the general public - and clearly name the problems and the actors. Over the years, I have published more than 1,000 articles.

<div>In the book "Digital Police Work: Challenges and Opportunities" („Digitale Polizeiarbeit: Herausforderungen und Chancen“) I presented the procedure and the benefits of my work. As a result of my research, Islamists have already been deprived of public funds or prizes. With my work I have repeatedly uncovered anti-Semitism, misanthropy and Islamist entanglements and made public.

<div>This often has consequences and that is a good thing. Just one example: In 2020, for example, the board of directors of "Islamic Relief Worldwide", a controversial British aid organization with a German branch, resigned. Which probably would have gone unnoticed if they hadn't been made public by me and then picked up by The Times.

<div>The accusation of "Muslim hostility" is absurd because, from the beginning of my work, I have always made a clear distinction between extremist references and harmless practice of religion. From 2012 to 2016, for example, I carried out a street campaign in Frankfurt am Main to draw attention to the danger of the Koran distribution campaign "LIES!". During this dangerous actions in public I was under police protection. In those years, I didn't see all those Islamist officials who like to pretend to be representatives of all Muslims as people who would have risked anything to protect young Muslims in particular. "LIES!" was banned in Germany at the end of 2016. The Koran distribution campaign was carried out in other countries, in the UK "READ!". It turned out that young people who had gone to Syria to join the terrorist militia of the "Islamic State" were often in contact with this Koran distribution. This video from stern TV, which visited me in 2015 and 2016 and invited me to Cologne on the occasion of the ban in November 2016, gives an impression:

<div>It is in the nature of things that Islamists, their organizations and their sympathizers or profiteers do not like this work. Sometimes lawsuits are filed against me that have little prospect of success, but still incur high costs. Even if I win in the end like I did against Islamic Relief Germany. Sometimes campaigns are launched against me with the aim of depriving me of honor or ruining me. Not to harm me as a person. But to make it impossible for me to continue my work.

<div>This is also how I see the false, defamatory and interest-driven statements made in the report: my entire work is discredited across the board, individual criticism of me made a general reckoning. Strikingly with the same "arguments", sometimes with the same or similar words, with which Islamists who have been „caught“ have been trying to discourage me for years. It is therefore not surprising that Salafists, Muslim Brotherhood and Turkish nationalists are now applauding, of course. And it doesn't matter at all , who exactly copied from which Islamists here, because the report was commissioned by the ministry. The supposedly independent "experts" were selected by the ministry. And now the report is being distributed by the ministry as the responsible editor. It is therefore the Federal Ministry of the Interior that is responsible for the claims made in this report.

<div>However, no one wants to take responsibility for this content about me in the report, the actors shift the responsibility to each other. In fact, I get no hearing. So I need legal representation to help me get my rights.
</div>
<div>Being right is one thing. However, getting your rights is expensive. I am therefore asking for donations so that I can continue to do my work and to support me in the fight against Islamism. If there are surpluses, they are used for thematically related legal disputes or flow into my general work, which also generates costs.
