Hola, me llamo Dyland Aguilar. Lamentablemente, el día 11 de enero del 2026, agarraron a mi papá los de Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Mi papá, como todos los días, salió muy temprano y en su hora de trabajo, los de ICE, también conocido como Immigration and Customs Enforcement, detuvieron a mi papá. Él se estacionó porque le prendieron las luces cerca de esta gasolinera Jackson. Estas personas de ICE rompieron las ventanas del carro de mi papá sin hacerle ninguna pregunta sobre por qué lo estaban deteniendo. Él no tiene ningún delito ni un mal récord. Esto es muy doloroso para mí y mi familia; ellos destruyeron nuestra familia. Mis hermanitos pequeños extrañan muchísimo a mi querido papá. Para mí fue devastador cuando llegué al lugar donde pasó todo. Quedé en shock hasta perder el conocimiento al ver el carro de mi papá destruido. Como familia, estamos muy tristes y queremos juntar fondos para poder ayudar a mi papá, ya que mi mamá está sola en esta situación tan difícil para nosotros. Cualquier ayuda, mi familia y yo les agradeceríamos de corazón. Nadie está libre de esta situación y no saben lo difícil que es tener a un familiar lejos de nosotros.

Hello, my name is Dyland Aguilar. Unfortunately, on January 11, 2026, my father was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

As he does every day, my father left home very early to go to work. During his work hours, ICE officers stopped him near a Jackson gas station after turning on their lights, and my father pulled over. Without asking him any questions or explaining why he was being detained, the ICE officers broke the windows of my father’s car. My father has no criminal record and has never committed any crime.

This situation has been extremely painful for me and my family. They destroyed our family. My younger siblings miss our beloved father very much. For me, it was devastating to arrive at the scene where everything happened. I was in complete shock and even lost consciousness when I saw my father’s car destroyed.

As a family, we are deeply saddened, and we are trying to raise funds to help my father, since my mother is now facing this very difficult situation alone. Any help would be greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. No one is free from facing a situation like this, and people do not realize how difficult it is to have a family member taken away from us.
