Legal Fight For Total Recall of 556

My name is Jeanna Jackson and I have been a Member In Good Standing of TWU Local 556 for 29 years. I am based in Dallas, Tx  and I am a full time line flying Flight Attendant.  I started a Recall Petition in July 2015 to Recall certain Members of our Executive Board at 556.  Since that Recall was started,   7,592 Flight Attendants and Members of TWU Local 556 have signed this valid and legal Recall Petition requesting a new election of 12 of the 17 Officers of our Executive Board, including the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Financial Secretary, Recording Secretary, one Board Member at Large and 6 of the Domicile Executive Board Members.    We feel they do not represent the Members they were elected to serve and wish to have a new election.  We have abided by every rule and Bylaw of our Chapter.  We turned in the required number of signatures per our Bylaws yet this Executive Board refuses to do their part to make this Recall Election happen.  This President and Executive Board continues to ignore the Will of this Membership.   This fund will be used for legal representation in our continued fight for new and better Union Representation for ALL Flight Attendants/Members of TWU Local 556.  I bear the responsibility of hiring a Labor Attorney to represent the 7,592 Flight Attendants who have signed this Recall Petition and the funds raised through this campaign will be used to pay for the services of a Labor Attorney shoukd our International Office fail to verify the signatures as required in our Bylaws
