REC HOUSE: Jobs 4 Adults with Develop. Disability

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to increase employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities within our Mequon community. We strive to limit barriers and create accessibility to leisure through our membership-free operation. Our inclusive game room and cafe will serve as a platform for adults with developmental disabilities to work, socialize, and recreate. Each month, community programming will host events in support of connection, destigmatization, advocacy, and awareness. This will be open to the public and include; but is not limited to, support groups, leisure education, trade classes, shows, etc.

Your generous contributions will help grow acceptance and create equal employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. Donations will be directly used towards first-year operations and starting costs, including commercial space renovations/modifications to create a sensory-friendly and ADA-accessible space for both the consumer and employee. This to include millwork, plumbing, and electrical.
