Rebuilding Symi's Schools

On November 13th, 2017 a state of emergency was declared on Symi Island, the neo-classical gem of the Dodecanese after a torrential rainfall flooded homes and shops, swept vehicles into the harbor and cut power to the entire island.
Among the damage, were the schools located in the Yialos (harbor area of the island).
On behalf of the Dodecanesian Youth Society of America, we are raising money to rebuild and restore the schools for the young children of the Island in efforts to get them back to a clean and safe learning environment.
Any donation will help this beautiful Island back on its feet.
