Rebuilding Galveston Ballet

Donation protected
For more than 30 years, Galveston Ballet has been a staple of Galveston island. It is more than just a dance studio- it is a second home for nearly 100 members. With weekly classes scheduled to start on August 28th, the timing of Hurricane Harvey could not have been worse. Our Fall semester was put on hold before it even got started. When the storm rolled in and the building flooded, the heart and soul of our studio (the dance floor) was destroyed. Now we are unable to host classes and our funds are stalled with no opportunity to grow. This is why we need help! The demolition and temporary dance floor costs have already exhausted our financial reserves. In order to get up and running properly we need to install a new permanent dance floor, replace cracked/warped mirrors, doors and wood, paint walls, and much more! Please help us reach our goal so our dancers can come home again! All funds will be spent to repair and replace our dance floor and flood damages caused by hurricane Harvey flooding. This 'Go Fund Me' account is directly linked to the Galveston Ballet bank account with nothing in between. So you can be assured that every penny is directly benefiting the cause. Thank you for your support! Any size donation makes a big impact.
