Rebuild & Replace for The Cubby House & Cub Cafe

I have been asked to start a go fund me so the community may be able to help us with the financial burden of replacing our lost business goods, including kitchen goods, stock, our play centre damage and loss of our entire under 5 area.

I feel kinda awkward throwing this out myself, but humbled that so many have asked for the existence of this and that so many people would be willing to assist us in our time of need, I can’t tell you how emotional I was reading every message to come our way over the past 24 hours!

The Cubby has had a rough start, starting literally days before COVID came to our region, we have battled many obstacles to still be here this past year and we are feeling very deflated to be in this position now.

To not actually know where the financial impact of this is going to end up is heartbreaking. 

our insurance isn’t covering the flood damage & the disaster relief package that has been released so far only gives us access to a loan, a loan that we’re not sure how to repay at the moment.

we would be so grateful for any and all assistance that is offered our way, financial or otherwise.

we hope to be fully functioning and providing our love to our community really soon, we are dedicated to having a space that provides for our people, and we love you all so so much.
