Rebuild our Families - Puerto Rico

The damages caused by Hurricane Maria are enormous and what you see on TV is just the tip of the iceberg.  I am Ruben Hernandez.  My sisters Cathy Poli & Liz Hernandez  are joining in this effort.  Our family ties to Puerto Rico run deep and there six families within our reach that I can help.   In these families is my mother-in-law, our uncle, our cousins and numerous other family members. There are serious and immediate needs.    We are establishing this gofundme page in order to raise some funds to provide immediate and direct relief to them.  With this effort we will buy the things they need and provide basic financial assitance while they pickup, rebuild and restore some stability in thier lives.  The recovery will be long and hard.  Right now they need basic stuff.  Food, water, generators, fans, batteries and more.  We feel that by going direct to the victims, rather than thru big organizations, we can go fast and directly improve the situation for these families.  Our families need this help now.    These families are of low income and their losses are not covered by insurance.  Your help is deeply appreciated.
