<div>I am so saddened to write about the passing of Shirley. This quick turn of events has changed my sister's life. Shirley was the kindest, most beautiful soul to know. She had only one beautiful daughter, my little sister, Megan, who she is leaving behind. I grew up with Shirley being like another mom to me when her and my dad were together, she was cool, spunky, and goofy just like my dad. One memory I will always be fond of and find hilarious is when we would take my dad to the store, we would switch our parking spot making him think that we left him at the store stranded, it was always a crack up.. maybe not for him but to us, hilarious.

<div>If you don’t already know, we also lost our father back in 2022, now leaving Megan without either of her parents. Losing one parent is hard enough, losing both.. I can’t imagine the heartbreak my baby sister is going through.

<div>As she learns to navigate life on her own now, we’re hoping to get help as much as we can with the process of memorial services, travel, and moving expenses. Any help, no matter how small, will make a difference. We are trying to stay strong, and with a little support, we know we can begin to rebuild to help Megan start a new life on her own. Any and all prayers for our family are much appreciated.
