My name is Jason Holder. I started this gofundme. This is what we are doing. We ask for prayers and for monetary support.

This is my mother, Cindy, and my stepdad, David. They just lost all of their belongings to a fire where they were living. They are both alive. God bless. We are working with the Red Cross. We met with them today and I. The next 24-48 the Red Cross will start assisting us with proof of identification, helping with lodging etc..

They will need help rebuilding from toothbrushes to clothes. They will need a new home, furniture with plates, silverware etc..

Never done this before, but they could use some assistance.

35-40% of this fund will be for rent 1st a last months rent etc.

25% of this will be for miscellaneous items need from clothing, bathing and living expenses.

The last 30-35% will be for some furnishings for their new home (because that will happen) beds, dressers, tables etc.

Obviously food and medicine much less rehabilitation will ensue costs. This is a starter fund so they can (once reunited) can simply get a new roof with rooms and have clothes to wear.

This is all going to my mother and step dad to restart there life with a good start. You can only pray, hope and ask. We’ve never been through something like this and it’s about helping with the initial cost of having no “things” which we all take for grated. Hope this helps see a reason to support.
