<div>Hi, my name is <strong>Itolee Williams</strong>. I’m an educator and a Jamaican living in Canada, originally from Westmoreland. I love Jamaica deeply, and my heart aches seeing the damage left behind by Hurricane Melissa.

<div>Over the past few days, I’ve managed to contact most of my family. Some have suffered major to minor damage to their homes, but I’m <strong>so thankful to God that no lives were lost.</strong>

<div>Even though I don’t have a lot of resources,<strong> I want to do my part to help</strong>. God blessed me with the gifts of writing and drawing, so I decided to use them for good. I started a book drive, and all proceeds from my books will go directly into this fund to support rebuilding efforts and help families recover.

<div><strong>This GoFundMe</strong> is focused on <strong>Westmoreland</strong>, especially <strong>helping children, youth, church, and education. </strong>My goal is to help fill some of the gaps helping families rebuild, children return to school, churches reopen their doors, and communities find hope again.
