Rebuild Jakes after Hurricane Irma

Carl and Shaun Stevenson, have been a regular fixture on St John for almost 20 years now. First with the Front Yard Saloon for 9 years and now Jakes for breakfast and lunch for 10. They are salt of the earth folk who have always done their best to help their friends and community whenever and however they were needed. Raising their two children, Jake and Abby on St John they have worked very hard to build a life for themselves and a legacy for their children.Now it is all in Jeopardy,Hurricane Irma with is devastating winds and flooding destroyed both their home and business. Unfortunately, like many people we are going to read about during the recovery process from such a catastrophic storm they were under insured and not adequately covered for such a devastating loss. If you have come to St John in the last 20 years chances are you have either ate or drank at one of their establishments and if you have had the chance to spend some time with them than you know what wonderful people these are. They will not ask for help themselves that is not their way. So I am asking for them. They have always been their for me when I needed them and I will be here for them now. Please help me help them. Any little bit helps.
