<div>McCrae Parker and Robert Murdock are reaching out on behalf of Bill Gould and Dorena Rodriguez. This past week, many families’ worlds turned upside down: this is one that we know and deeply care for – let’s help the Gould/Rodriguez family rebuild after the devastating Eaton Canyon Fire.

<div>Imagine losing everything in the blink of an eye. The Gould/Rodriguez family—Bill, Dorena, their two children, and their three beloved dogs—recently experienced the devastating Eaton Canyon Fire in Altadena, CA. The fire destroyed their home and their most precious belongings. Thankfully, everyone, including the dogs, escaped safely. However, their recovery journey is long, overwhelming, and filled with uncertainty.

<div>On January 7, 2025, the Eaton Canyon Fire engulfed the Gould family's home at 665 Coleman Street on the Eastern side of Altadena, CA. This house, a sanctuary for 37 years, was reduced to ashes, along with their cherished memories, personal belongings, and a lifetime of work.

<div>In a matter of hours, flames consumed everything—the treasured photo albums, family heirlooms, Bill’s precious sports memorabilia collection, and all the comforts of home. Now, the Gould/Rodriguez family is left with only the clothes on their backs, a car, and their enduring resilience to love each other and rebuild with their community.

<div>The road to recovery is daunting. Insurance coverage only goes so far, and when FEMA assistance will arrive is anyone’s guess. In the meantime, the Goulds face immediate and mounting expenses for temporary housing, basic necessities, and starting over.
