Rebuild Hope for a Father and His Little Girl

Single father and three year old daughter need help rebuilding after losing our home to a fire.

On January 20th 2025, Our house in La Porte City, Iowa burned to the point of a total loss and is no longer habitable. My three year old daughter and I have been living with a roommate and her three children until the fire destroyed our home. They have a go fund me set up that was meant to benefit all of us, but now we have to part ways because we cannot find a house that is large enough to accommodate all six of us.

I desperately need help with finding a place to live for me and my daughter, along with child care for her while I am at work during the week.

This was an unexpected tragedy and I cannot afford to replace our belongings that were damaged and cover rent and deposit anywhere.

I don't want to go without seeing my daughter or lose custody because I don't have a place to live for us.
