Rebuild flooded home and wheelchair

El Salvador has gone through terrible earthquakes, mud slides, powerful tropical storms adding destruction to the homes of the people who truly have nothing left.
My mother is looking to help her friend, to rebuild their home after a tropical storm destroyed 90% of their home. They've managed to slightly rebuild to accommodate temporarily but will not sustain them much longer.
Also and most importantly, raising to buy a wheelchair for her daughter. Sliding around on the floor, having to be picked up by her mother and grandmother in order to bathe her, feed her, cloth her, even bathroom assistance and with the loss of their home, makes it all the more difficult to raise her daughter safely.
The roof is currently patched with plastic wrap, the laundry tub made of concrete is slowly diminishing after the damage. Rats have managed to climb through into the house, there's now a thin string of rope that helps the elderly grandmother climb up and down the concrete steps.
All we ask is for your help, to give them safety and security, help their daughter succeed and live a better life and make sure the roof over their head, doesn't fall on them again.
