Rebuild Charles home

Charles had to be evacuated to George R Brown Saturday night as the flood waters rose quickly into  his home.  He does not have flood insurance and lost everything.  He managed to salvage most of his clothes, some towels, a few kitchen item and his mattress & computer.  Two vehicles are lost, washer & dryer gone and all his furniture.  The home has been completely gutted. No cabinets, no walls, no floors.   All that is left is the studs & roof.  Without flood insurance & living on Social Security, the rebuilding will be slow.  Any assistance possible to rebuild will be ever so appreciated.  He is doing all the physical work himself to put his home back together.  He needs money for drywall, nails, paint, flooring, cabinets, basic home items, and furniture.  FEMA gave him a mere $500 in assistance which will not go far.
