Rebuild Bailey’s Park

In 2002, a bright and joyful four‐year‐old girl name Bailey Madison Ann Johnson tragically passed away due to complications from an illness. In honor of her short but spirited life, friends, family and community members of her hometown collaborated to design a park in her memory. Located adjacent to the beach, this park continues to provide hours of fun outdoor activities for the children in the community.

However, the years and ocean salt spray have aged her playground structures, and the community is once again coming together to rebuild and enhance Bailey’s Park.
