Rebuild and Regrow; Leslie & Jimmy

On November 18th, in Cherry Hill NJ, my god mother, Leslie and her boyfriend Jimmy tragically lost their new home to a house fire. They had recently purchased and invested in this home in hopes to move out and start a new life in a different state. They have been working on this house for quite a few months. The two of them have been putting in effort, money and time into remodeling the home completely. They unfortunately did not have insurance on the house due to them still having to put in a lot of work in it before the house was ready to be lived in! Therefore, they are left with absolutley nothing but an empty lot.





Aside from giving their all into this new home with their busy schedules, they were still putting in efforts to give to the community. Leslie is always posting on social media reaching out to others for help to give to the poor, ill, etc. She is always going above and beyond to make families and children happy who struggle financially. Recently, she participated in a drive to collect coats and jackets for those who cannot afford them so that they are warm during this cold winter. Leslie and Jimmy are always helping others and do everything they can to be selfless during hard times.



This tragedy has brought them down and they need our help. This awful occurrence happening so close to the holiday has put a lot on their shoulders, and every penny can help. Let us all give them a second chance, because they have given each and every one of us so many. They are the most giving and caring people and I know they would be eager to help anyone else if they were in this terrible situation. I appreciate all of your help, and I hope you can help with the rebuilding and regrowth of these two wonderful people. Let us all shoot for the stars and exceed past this goal! Let's bring back their joyful smiles!
