Help to get caught up.

So this is truly hard to admit but my husband and I are facing eviction from our home soon. A little history: on September 25 I was forced to take a leave of absence from work due to medical reasons. (I am the only one who works). I was told that I would be paid thru my short term disability for the time I took off. So far I have yet to get paid fully and I am still not able to return to full time work. My doctor does not know what is going on and is still running tests. As some of you know my husband Neil has been in school to be a welder. He has since graduated and is in process of looking for work. We are so far behind with our rent and bills that we are about to be evicted. We have exhausted all avenues and now am asking for your help. This is very hard for me but I don't know what else to do. Please help if you find it in your heart to do so. Thank you.
