Support Digital Mission-Real Life Bible on YouTube

• ‘Real Life Bible’ is a YouTube channel for busy women with entertaining, theologically deep gospel content.

• I combine Bible teaching with vlog-style storytelling and humour to answer questions I’m facing in my own life.

• My mission (God willing) is to grow a YouTube channel of 100,000+ subscribers within 5 years (this equates to approx. 10 million views per year)

• 29 million hours are watched on YouTube by women aged 25-45 in Australia alone every month and much more in the UK and US, yet female Bible teaching channels are very rare- this is a huge unserved audience.

• This funding will help me to pay our bills (in this start-up phase YouTube doesn’t provide any income, and I am doing YouTube instead of paid work) and also would enable me to hire a much needed video editor (overseas, working remotely) to take up some of the workload, which is already more than I can manage.

• Each long-form video takes approx 10 days to make working full time (to research, write, film, edit and market a video)

• My goals are to post a long-form video every week and a half and 4 shorts weekly for the 3 year start-up period. Youtube usually takes 100-200 videos for decent growth to kick in.

• Spiritually my goal is to encourage weary Christians and bring those who are on the fringes of Christianity to trust in Jesus Christ- and do this at scale.

• The Big Why? Christians need a voice in mass media for effective evangelism and the health of the local church. I'm using my skills to reestablish this and encourage other content creators likewise.

• God willing, I've a credible chance of success in this project (have been to film school, degrees in TV and theology, experience in national TV and also low budget Christian internet production) and there's a huge market gap for this content...so could you prayerfully partner with me to get this new ministry up and running?
