Readd Paper Anti-Xray

There is no (reputable) way to block Xray cheaters in Minecraft 1.14. Paper previously offered an Anti-Xray solution in older versions (i.e. 1.13.2), but it was removed in 1.14. This fund is being dedicated to the developer that:

1. Updates the original Paper Anti-Xray to Minecraft/Paper 1.14.3 to function with all the Anti-Xray features of Paper v1.13.2.

or...

2. Rewrites a new version that is equal or greater than the original.

Once pulled (tested/approved by Paper dev team) and released, the campaign will stop and funds will be sent directly to the primary contributor's PayPal (no alt payment options) that submitted the approved Pull Request. The contributor may instead elect the funds be sent to Paper’s official donation account. If there is no qualifying person(s) to receive the funds by July 10th, the funds will be sent to Paper’s official donation account.

My name is Tyler (aka "Celebrimbor" in the Spigot/Paper communities). I am a Patron rank on Spigot and have contributed to a vast number of Minecraft-related platforms, both monetarily and through free guides/services/support.

I am not sharing this information to brag, just simply to let you know that this is not some random person that will try to run off with the funds.

How much money goes to the contributor?

If the final amount is <$300, then 100% will go to the contributor and I will front the fees by GoFundMe.

If the final amount is >$300, 100% of the post-fee total will go to the contributor. At some point, I can't afford GoFundMe's hidden fees.
