The Struggle Is Real Campaign

Hello Everyone, My name is Shawn Karim, I work at a hospital in Brampton. Working at the hospital has really opened my eyes to those in need. So therefore I’ve decided with a group of friends to create our first annual campaign “The Struggle Is Real! “ Our goal is to create “Care Packages” for those in hard times. The package will consist of any of the following items but not limited to: -blankets -non perishable food -first aid kit -toothbrush/toothpaste -cereal bars -socks,hats,gloves -razor -sanitary pads - water bottles -personal hygiene products All funds donated will be matched by myself(team). All funds will go towards creating these packages for those in need. As funds come in I will be putting them up on my social media platforms and doing public appreciation post. If you do not want to be apart of that process than an anonymous post will be created instead. The goal is to raise $1000 before November 7th which will then be matched with another $1000 bringing a total of $2000 in funds. The weekend of November 14th we will be heading downtown Toronto to hand out these care packages. All updates will be posted on here as well as my social media platforms. Please note those who are receiving these gifts may not want to have pictures or videos taken of them. I will respect those wishes.
