REACH Cambodia - Medical Mission Trip

Cambodia, a country with population size 16.72 million people, is located on the Indochinese mainland of Southeast Asia.

 

Being one of the poorest countries in Southeast Asia, Cambodia has tremendous need. Economic vulnerability has left millions of Cambodians without access to quality healthcare. Did you know 32% of children under the age of five suffer from severe malnutrition? The rise of preventable diseases among adults has also put a strain on the healthcare system.

 

A team of health care professionals and missionaries from local churches across the U.S. have decided to embark on a Medical Mission Trip in July of 2022 to share the Good News of Jesus Christ in Cambodia. In addition to evangelizing to Cambodians, the team aims to address the various medical needs in the lives of villagers (children/adults). Previous mission trips by this group include REACH Belize, REACH Guatemala, REACH Dominican Republic, and REACH India.

 

Objectives of REACH Cambodia:

- Medical Clinics (physicians, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, students in the health-care field)

- Evangelism

- Partner with local hospitals and non-profit organizations.

 

Because God’s relentless grace has allowed us to be a part of His mission, this July, the REACH Cambodia team is choosing to GO and seize the opportunity to use their talents, gifts, and abilities to serve and impact lives through sharing Christ’s Love. If you feel called to participate in this mission and cannot GO but would like to GIVE financially, feel free to utilize this page to donate.

 

100% of all donations will go to medical supplies, medications, and mission camp related needs (translators, tents, shoes, supplies) required to make this a successful mission.
