Help me get to college

Hey there, my name is Pedro and I'm from Portugal, I have the dream of getting to college and get a degree on computer science but unfortunately I dont have the means to do it. I have a passion for tech and in the future I want to be  a web developer/programmer, I want to develop apps, websites and software in order to,hopefully, help people Thank you
