As the largest and oldest mosque in the Rocky Mountain region, the Colorado Muslim Society (CMS), has been providing funeral services and arrangements for our Muslim community for over 35 years. With your support, we will be able to continue the services listed below as we ensure a dignified and reliable mode of transportation for our deceased.
CMS Provides:
- Filing the Death Certificate.
- Obtaining a Burial Permit.
- Claiming the deceased.
- Transporting the deceased from home/hospital to the masjid.
- Islamic Washing of the deceased.
- Providing the Kafan/Shroud.
- Performing Janazah/ Funeral Prayer.
- Transporting the deceased from Masjid to Cemetery.
- A CMS Representative Attendance to the Burial
