I'm starting this campaign to allow for family and friends to help out a loving father reach his dream goal of being able to finally have the right to be with his son. My good friend and brother from another mother, Juan Carlos Sanchez has been trying hard to pay attorney's fees (that have skyrocketed) in an effort to basic paternal rights granted him. Upon filing for divorce and trying desperately to make things right with his son, Carlos sought a career helping to train troops abroad in the Middle East. It's the only career path that allowed him to adequately provide for his son's well-being and attorney's fees at the same time. Carlos would be limited to face time visits for months while away all for the sake of providing for his family. When Carlos was home he battled bitter attorney decrees stating that he couldn't see his son on a regular basis, supervised short visits, and NO overnights. Just when Carlos thought he had the financial savings to finally fight for his rights... He was slapped with attorneys fees from opposing counsel. Yes! He had to pay for an attorney that was hired to fight against him. His limited finances have left him with the cruel reality of giving way to whatever demands that opposing counsel drafted. Carlos' son yearned for his father, and Carlos yearned for his son. As a divorced and remarried father of 4... I can't tell you how fortunate I am to have gone through a peaceful divorce that left my children able to share the love of both parents. Because true loving parents realize that a child need BOTH his/her Mother AND Father. I've helped Carlos in the past and continue to do so... But lately, false accusations and wild claims have made attorney costs to fight the battle triple. We need your help. Please, for those that know Carlos...
