I'm Ray and these are three of my children. They are currently being kept from seeing me, by their mother and grandmother, for no reason. I am raising money to establish custody so that I will be able to see them. I haven't seen them since Thanksgiving of 2024 due to their mother refusing to let me see them. They live with her in Arkansas currently. I need an attorney to start the custody process and I simply just don't have the extra funds to secure one but I am doing everything I can to raise this money!

This matter is time-sensitive as summer is approaching and they are supposed to be with me on school breaks, but she has stopped letting me pick them up or refuses to meet me with them. There are NO court orders in place as we are still legally married, unfortunately. I'm seeking help on this matter as I am at my wit's end on figuring out how to see my kids. I need legal help. The kids are currently in an unstable environment with an unstable person, and she has left them for a week with her mother in another state (TN). I am only looking to see my children grow up and to obtain the rights that I deserve as a father. She was physically, emotionally, and mentally abusive, likely still is. My children need me in their lives, and I need them in mine. I will be sharing this everywhere I can, and I ask that you would all do the same. I am a good father and I have plenty of people who can vouch for that. If I lose my children to this family, I will never see them again. This isn't just a gofundme...It's my kids future that is at stake.

Her family has already taken another child from his mother and actually won in court by lying and manipulating. I don't want to lose my kids. The money will be taking directly to attorney for retainer fee, once goal is hit.
