Ray’s journey towards transplant!

My name is Laurie A Linville-Morales, I am a daughter, sister, friend, mother and wife to my husband Ramon (Ray) Morales. I am not one to reach out and share our struggles with anyone. My husband, Ray, is a wonderful person! A fun, friendly, out going, loving, generous, humble, son, brother, uncle, father, and husband that has been living with end stage liver disease for a year now. Ray has ALWAYS worked very hard and provided for his family and this is very difficult for us to ask for help. We are blessed to have insurance and to have an excellent medical team that has been treating him. He is now listed for liver transplant, ad liver transplant is his only chance for long term survival. He is a father to a 14 year old daughter and a six year old son who NEED him in their lives! Through the course of his treatment through the last year a ton of medical expenses have incurred. When the time comes, the phone call we are anxiously waiting for, we will have to leave at a moments notice. I will be out of work so I can be by his side through the journey of transplantation. However, we will still have many expenses to make for travel, gas, lodging, childcare and household expenses. We humbly ask you to donate to our family to get through this difficult and trying time.
