Rayon Medical Costs

Yesterday, Friday September 22, 2017 my brother Rayon was in a terrible motorcycle accident and now he is fighting for his life. There was a quick response and people were able to get him in a car and meet the ambulance, and he was taken to Sav La Mar for medical attention. When they got to the hospital in Sav they did an X-Ray and saw that he had bleeding in his brain and was going to need a CT scan and more treatment than they could provide. The public hospitals in Montego Bay and Kingston were full, so the best and only option at that point was to get him to a private hospital, Hospiten. They did a scan when he arrived late last night, and he does not need surgery. However he is still in need of treatment to make it through this.
Rayon is currently in a coma and they will begin treatment today because of the money they have recieved so far. Over the next week they will need an addition 2 million Jamaican Dollars to continue to treat him. All the money will go towards his medical expenses so he can continue to get the best treatment.
If you would like to donate directly to Hosipten, you can do that also. To do so, they ask that you:
Send an email to [email redacted] with:
- A picture of the front and back of the credit card you wish to charge
- A picture of the front and back of your drivers license or the photo page of your passport
- The subject of the email should say: "Cashier - Rayon Ricardo Rayson"
- The body of the email should say: " I, (your name) authorize Hospiten to charge ($ Amount) for the care of Rayon Ricardo Rayson. My contact number is (Your phone number & your name)
- After you have sent the email you need to call Hospiten at [phone redacted], and push "5" for Administration. The person at Administration can connect you to the cashier, who will verify the amount you are authorizing and call you back once the charge has gone through.
