Raul Banuelos Medical Expenses

On Thursday, December 21, 2017 a dear friend who we consider family, Raul Banuelos-Hernandez was in a tragic accident in South Lake Tahoe. This horrific accident was quick and unforeseen. Unfortunately the incident left him helpless and severed all four of his fingers on his left hand.

Thankfully he wasn’t alone and help arrived quick. We are hoping for the best outcome of this situation however at this time we are unsure if the medical professionals will be able to re-attach his fingers as they were completely removed. Raul was transferred from Barton Memorial Hospital in South Lake Tahoe to San Francisco for critical treatment.

Raul supports his loving wife and 6 amazing children by being in the trades and we fear this incident has cost him his career and means of income. As of now there is no word if Raul will be able to use his left hand or return to work.

Raul is the type of person who would give you the shirt off of his back just to help you out. There wasn’t a day that went by that he didn’t offer to share his lunch or say a joke. He is always positive, sincere and is one of the hardest working people we know. No matter what life throws at him he keeps persevering and whistles his way through it.

For any of you who know Raul or have a respect for the trades and have the ability to give please help. Not only is it the holidays but we fear the medical bills will be so astronomical that it could put his family through a huge financial burden.
