160km run for Wheels in Motion!

Hi Family and Friends,
I am excited and nervous to be running the 160kms ultra marathon run on Grand Final day for what is the Nerang 100 mile race. Many have said that I can't do it and that a lack of adequate preparation would support this fact. All this is noted, however, I both think and hope that mental determination will help me glide through the remaining 120kms after my ipod runs out of charge.
The run has also provided a great opportunity to help raise money for an amazing cause - Wheels in Motion. Wheels in Motion is a not-for-profit organisation working to improve the quality of life for those living with spinal cord injuries by assisting those in financial need to access rehabilitation and purchase equipment as well as breaking down myths and stereotypes surrounding disability.
I would greatly appreciate any support for such a worthy cause.
