<div>Update: through the late evening, we lost Rascal on the operating table. He fought a good fight and unfortunately there was nothing anyone could have done to save him. In his memory, we are continuing to accept donations to save other horses still in need. Thank you for all that you can contribute to this cause!

<div>”Rascal is fighting the fight…currently on the operating table. When we are this far in for such a strong young colt it is hard to stop…but sadly we are at the end of our rope. 25k and possibly another 15k to keep the fight going. Tonight I gave them permission to euthanize, then quickly changed my mind. He has earned the fight, with the uncertainly of what tonight might bring we are asking for help in any way. Everyone has been so generous and some people may say that the expenses are too high to save just one life…in my opinion he has earned it. Terrified and dropped off at the Kill pen, rescued and shipped to Michigan, got away and ran for his life for two days…survival is his instinct…let’s all step up and give him the chance he has faught so hard for”

<div>Taken straight from Robin’s words, you can see Rascal really needs our help to him pull through not only this evening, but to get him home safe and sound to Canada, where he can spend the rest of his life in a loving home.
