Rare and Aggressive Breast Cancer
Donation protected
I was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive type of Breast Cancer that attack the lymph nodes in June of this year, which mean I have to be treated for it aggressively. Prior to being diagnosed with the cancer I had already been out of work for 2 years due to other serious health issues. I have been fighting to get disability for over a year; which I am currently still fighting for, which I shouldn't have to since I have worked since I was 17 years old.
The chemo treatments have been taking a toll on my body, as expected but is also causing my husband to miss a lot of work because we spend 3-4 days per week at doctor appointments since beginning this journey, due to the effects of my chemo treatments.
Any time my husband isn't at work, he isn't getting paid. Unfortunately we are now facing eviction from our apartment of 9 years because of this. We don't qualify for any government assistance programs simply because our income is still considered to be over the limit for them to help.
We have exhausted all other options so I am now reaching out to you all. Any help you can provide will be appreciated, as I am not in a state to be homeless.
No amount you give is too small. Thank you for your generosity, and prayers are always needed as well.
