<p>Randy just finished his first year at Penn State - Altoona. The transition to college wasn't easy academically, but he has battled to succeed in his Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology major. Because of the difficulty of his major, he had to take a class this summer, leading to a shortage of funds. We have 24 hours to pay off Randy's summer bill, which would make him eligible to register for this or future semesters.

<p>Randy turned to Reach Incorporated, an after-school program in which he participated, for help. With Reach, Randy tutored elementary school students in local elementary schools for four years.
