Randy Buck's Medical Expenses

On the second week of November 2017, my grandfather Papa Randy Buck suffered from multiple strokes. He was found in his home unconscious and taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was diagnosed and treated for his symptoms. After a few weeks of care, our family made the decision to transfer him to a stroke center for more refined stroke care and rehabilitation. He has made significant improvements but will require a few more weeks in therapy and an unknown time in assisted living. Randy suffers from possible cornea damage, partially paralyzed eyes (fixed dilation and paralysis to eyelids), chronic dry eye, memory loss, and mild cognitive impairment. Fortunately, the stroke did not affect his speech or muscle function in his limbs. Randy is able to walk, talk, and eat on his own .  

Our family is extremely grateful to all of you that have reached out about Papa Randy. He is truly a great man whom is loved and cherished by many. We appreciate all of you that have offered to help in anyway. Thank you for the wishes, cards, phone calls, FB posts, and to those that suggested making this page! Every bit counts and will be utilized to provide the best possible care for such a generous and humble man!
