Randy & Bonnie Hedden relief fund
Donation protected
Randy and Bonnie (Yvonne) Hedden have lived in their home on east Washington Street in Joliet for 52 years. On Sunday August 16, 2020, they were outside gardening when their entire house exploded!! The blast took both of them with it causing serious injuries to both. They are presently still in the hospital. There is nothing left of the house! They have not only lost the house but also all of their possessions, 6 pet cats, , photographs, keepsakes, a lifetime of memories, a place to live and a place to feel safe. They raised their two children there, were pet parents to many cherished animals, fed the birds and recently planted an abundance of flower gardens. Both in their early 70’s, they worry about the hospital bills, the house insurance, where they can go to live, how to start over and how to go on!!
My mom Caryn Genens and my Aunt Melissa Hultz are Randy’s sisters. I’m asking for donations for my Aunt Bonnie and Uncle Randy to help them get through this horrible tragedy and find some peace of mind.
