Dear Ramenwell Friends & Family,
Our world has changed around us. Our existence is not only threatened by an unseen pathogen but also the future of our communities. These communities have been supported by the dishwashers, cooks, and servers that nourish us and provide the spaces and experiences for us to do great things in our respective fields.
Unfortunately, our duty as members of the community have forced us to close our doors to protect the ones we love. This extends to our staff, their families, as well as our guests.
With such a fast changing atmosphere, we are uncertain as to when a safe time to open our doors back up will be. These next weeks are critical to flatten the curve and help our family members in the medical field. I, myself have many cousins, aunts and uncles, and friends who are on the front line as nurses and doctors.
This leaves the restaurant and our staff in a vulnerable spot with an unsure timeline on when we can safely go back to work. On one hand, I want to open up ASAP to give our team the ability to make enough money to pay rent and put food on the table, but on the other hand, deciding when that will be will have to be a decision left to the doctors and community leaders.
My goal is to hopefully provide my team with a restaurant they can come back to, but in the meantime I need your help to financially support them during this emergency. Please consider donating. All donations go to them.
