Ralph Allen's Cancer Surgery Fund

Unfortunately, my brother Ralph Allen, originally from Newport, Rhode Island and currently from Dickson, Tennessee was recently diagnosed with advanced bladder cancer, requiring immediate surgery and a lengthy recovery process in the hospital.  Ralph doesn't have health insurance and the hospital's financial assistance programs only cover a small portion of the hospital bills and none of the surgical bills.   One of the five surgeons just advised Ralph that he required $4500 payment prior to surgery in order to have his bladder removed.

Ralph's hard luck started a few years ago when he stopped working and depleted his savings to be the primary care giver to his Common Law Wife, who lost her 3 year battle with C.O.P.D..
