Ralph's fundraiser for St Vigeans

Donation protected

This story is one that is capturing the hearts of all who knew Ralph,

The weekend of the 4th, 5th and 6th of June saw an amazing amount of talented musicians come together to donate their time in order to raise funds in memory of my Uncle Ralph.

Thus Go fund Me page has been set up to gather donations from that weekend and to be given to the St Vigeans Conservation Network.

Ralph Coutts really put his heart and soul into caring for the environment and set up this network in order to do just that. He advertised the possibility of setting up such a group and was overwhelmed by the response he got from people who cared enough and wanted to donate their time. Ralph had so much planned for the future upkeep including the preservation of trees already planted, planting new trees, setting up and education centre along the nature trail, litter picking events, and the clearing of the Brothick Burn. Unfortunately, Ralph never got to fulfil any of these plans because last May, he passed away very suddenly.

He has left such a massive hole in the hearts of the people who loved him, but he has also left an amazing legacy behind him. Grant Adams from the St Vigeans Conservation Network will be continuing the good work on behalf of Ralph as well as all the volunteers who still continue to give their time today.

I hope we can do Ralph proud and help raise the funds that are needed the most to help protect our environment and that of the people and animals that live within it.

Thank you.

On behalf of Murray Gray and I, we thank you all for your amazing generosity.
