Rallying Together for Johny

Dear Friends, Family, and Community, Our lives changed drastically last Wednesday morning when my beloved husband, Johny, was tragically caught in an act of senseless violence on the streets of DC. He suffered a gunshot wound through his heart putting him through extensive surgery to repair the whole. This act has thrown us, his family, into a terrifying whirlwind of uncertainty, pain, and struggle. He has always been a pillar of strength for his family and now, it is our turn to be his strength. As I write this, my heart is heavy with fear and worry, but it's also filled with hope. Hope that the community we have loved and been a part of will come together to support us in our time of need. We've set up this Go Fund Me to help with the living expenses while we are out of work and any other expenses associated with Johny's treatment and recovery. We are humbly asking for your help.
